In breakfast, Reema Khan eats oatmeal mixed with dry fruits. After breakfast, she drinks juices. She says that oatmeal is a big source of vitamins and can lower the risk of heart-diseases.

Snacks:

After some time of taking breakfast, she eats oatmeal biscuits.

Dinner:

  • Sometimes she uses water by adding some mint leaves, cucumber, and lemon in water.
  • She always uses Chakki flour for her chapatti because it is a natural form of flour without adding or subtracting anything in it.
