Hira Mani say’s breakfast is an important part of our daily diet. People who miss their breakfast gain their weight fast within days. If you want to reduce weight within days, then you must take proper breakfast regularly.

In the morning, she drinks the mixture of water, lemon juice and honey. After taking the drink, wait for fifteen minutes and then take breakfast.

Breakfast:

In the breakfast, she takes a bowl of brawn cereals. Then add some dry fruits, four to five dates and pour some milk into the bowl of brawn cereals.

Lunch:

In the lunch, she takes two eggs and bread slices. After half an hour, drink a cup of green tea by adding lemon in it.

Dinner:

In the dinner, she takes homemade curry with bread.
